About this Webinar
This webinar will present three best practices related to the digitisation of public services. Each example will be addressed in a different perspective: the Azores project “The Azores’ Digital Journey: Transforming Public Services for the Future” focuses on archipelago aspects, the Åland case “The city council platform” focuses on islands experience and dimension, and Rhodes presents the case of the platform of the Region of South Aegean, with a project called “e-PNAI: Electronic Application Management System”.
